In 1967 countries that included in UNO signed “The agreement about cosmos”. It proclaimed that no one country can possess the Moon and other planets of the Solar system. But there was no word about natural persons. The American Dennis Hope took advantage of this juridical loop-hole. Relying on this land legislation of the USA accordingly any person can registers a possession on himself, if someone didn’t do it before and if someone will not raise objections, he sent an inquiry to government of USA, to Council of Ministers USSR and to the UNO. So, there were no objections because the letters just were ignored.

Because of it Dennis Hope in 1980 declared himself the individual owner of the Moon and all the planet of the Solar system (except the Earth). And then on the official grounds he opened the embassy of the Moon and began to sale plots of the Moon surface. The trade was winnowed with standard parcels of land in 1 acre (0.4 hectare). A buyer is given a special certificate for a plot (all as it should be – with seal and watermarks), a map with indication of the place of n plot and the moon constitution… There is a system of moneyback which works when you bye something – if you didn’t like anything in the buying you can get your money back during 30 days.

Probably nobody likes that drinks at the cinemas, circuses, clubs and on the concerts are sold through the nose. Can of Pepsi for $5 or beer for $10 are outrageous. And you can’t take it with you – there are guardians who watch people nor to pass with their bottles. There is one problem…

Nevertheless somebody manages to take with them – there are different tricks to hide a bottle under thу cloth. And the old student method is “to load” yourself with beer to capacity before entering not tooverpay inside. ))

So, Bucks Lambert from Nevada found the radical decision of this problem – the superimposed belly-reservoir for drinks. It is something middle between a warmer and a rucksack being put on in front. Being hidden under football-jersey the secret jelly exactly copies typical beer forms. There is almostno difference. So, we can say, that folk wisdom “ the belly is not because of beer and belly is forbeer” gained its true sense.

And now remember how many times in a day you open the tap on the kitchen/ in the bathroom or wash away in the toilet? And all this used water rushes in the sanitation. And the water of your neighbors too… Megatons of water flows for nothing. ))

Specialists of the Japanese company Toto invented the converter which works on principle of a hydroelectric station: water falls on the turbine, the turbine revolves and gives the energy to drive and distributors. It is natural that advertisement in elevators had to be developed.
Here is the confirmation – article from Boston Business Journal.

Michael DiFranza president and Chief Executive Officer of Captivate Network Inc decided to place LCD displays in elevators after long observations of peoples’ behavior.

What happens when there are some people in elevator cabin? They look on the ceiling, on their shoes, on watch… They simply can’t find a particular place to look at. Many people feel uncomfortable in such situation. They surely need something catching to look at. LCD displays cry out to be placed in elevator cars to show blocks of commercials…

Lemon, Lemon Squeeze, Silicone Lemon Squeezer Lemon, Lemon Squeeze, Silicone Lemon Squeezer
Food of some countries (for example, Arabic or Mediterranean food) requires a lot of lemons. Maybe you also squeezed juice out of a lemon once in salad or tea. Where happens with juice? That’s right, it flies asunder, stain your clothes, and gets into your eyes. Brrrr…. But now your tortures are over – look at this wonderful invention made by company “Surlatable”!

It is a rubber (silicone) brightly lemon yellow bulb, which has opening for lemon from one side, and holes for juice’s trickling from another side. Look at the photo and you’ll understand how to use it: place cut lemon into the bulb, squeeze with all your strength, and… done! It is very simple and original invention. It is funny and strange, but there were no analogues of lemon squeezer heretofore, so the company with clear conscience sells it for $5,95… At the same time cost value of lemon squeezer is ten times lesser…

maze, corn maze, maize

Brett Herbst graduated Brigham Young University in 1995 and became another graduating student-agronomist. He didn’t care about job because the Herbsts owed hereditary business – ranch. Everybody has ranch in Idaho…

Brett bought huge vacant field a year later and planted it with corn. Please, note that corn price was not very high at that time, and neighbors were very skeptical about his actions. They all agreed that there wouldn’t have been goon profit even if the harvest had been rich. But Brett didn’t mean to sell his corn. When in autumn the field turned into dense two meters height thicket, he personally cut passages according to his own plan. Corn plantation turned into a giant maze!

In truth, Brett found this idea in one of agricultural magazine – such labyrinth was made to entertain public in Utah few years ago, and there were 18 thousand visitors for a few weeks.
