Once an ordinary Canadian guy with a female name Kyle McDonald decided to change a usual paper clip for house and even for island if he was lucky… He even supposed that it would take several stages and some time. His project was described here.

The idea came to his mind when he remembered a childish game with a purpose to get as much as possible, changing useless things for more expensive ones.

Maybe you’ve heard about this idea, though it is not appropriate for all countries. It is almost a joke. Everyone who heard about it would immediately laugh. But then almost everyone would think about it…

In Russia numbers on rubbles are made of 7 figures. Phone numbers are also consist of 7 figures… Do you understand what I am driving at? What if you took out of your pocket 100 rubles, called the given number, and offered to buy exclusive souvenir for 200 rubles? You’ll ask – why would somebody pay for your 100 rubles his 200 rubles? He himself has a lot of 100-rubles bonds! Yes, maybe he has, but he doesn’t have this one with his phone number! What practical use does it have? No practical use, just for show, to frame and hang on the wall…

Everybody who visited Turkey saw such picture. There are tattoo-masters who make temporal tattoo almost in every corner of each resort town. Generally, they simply draw preferred dragon or Celtic picture on your arm or shoulder. There is an album where you can pick out a picture. The pain is harmless for your skin, and picture will be with you for the period from few days to 2-3 weeks. The picture doesn’t differ from a real tattoo.

I must admit that this service is quite popular. Maybe, it is not tremendously popular, but demand is stable. I don’t know why, but there is no suchlike service in all contries. If to be more precise, there is such service, but only in specialized tattoo-salons. I doubt whether majority of people go there. Here is the idea. Let’s take Antalya as a model and offer this service everywhere.

In summer it is possible to do it right in the street. There are parks, seafronts and alleys almost in every town – I mean, places, where people usually spend their free time. And? )) Of course, beaches. When it is cold in the street, solariums, beauty salons and shopping centers will be enough.

In June, 2008, Switzerland and Austria are playing host to Euro 2008 – European football championship. Suchlike sports event is a huge amount of spectators and vast budgets. The matter is about hundred million dollars! Restaurant and hotel business owners are already counting profit… Lucky they are…

But people who have neither bars nor hotels want to take their “piece of cake”, too. Internet-project www.sleep-in.ch was launched specially for Euro 2008. Let’s review its main purpose. Owners of non-commercial property can rent flat, room, attic or just lodging for the night, and fans can find a refuge proportionately their budget. Website is their meeting place. In time www.sleep-in.ch will become the only opportunity to find any lodging, because all hotel rooms are occupied long ago.

America is known to be mad about ecology and healthy way of life. But sometimes this madness becomes so quaint that normal people would say that Americans do not to know when they are well off.

Today, when there is 21st century behind the window, the company Columbus Washboard Company succeeded in production of washboards. Yes, the ones that are not used even in remotest parts of Siberia for more than 20 years… At first sight this is delirious idea, but it only seems to be so. Tourists, car travelers, various religious sects, Indians in reservations, students, hippies, and simply poor citizens (there are suchlike people, too) buy washboards. US Army also commercially buys washboards (remember – there are a lot of contingents in other countries). Musical bands are also in the list of users of this item. Maybe you do not know, but washboard is one of the main musical instruments in jazz and R’n’B. Well, at least it is said in website of Columbus Washboard. Besides, there is a new trend to use washboards for decoration of houses and offices in country style. (more…)
