The company Super Fast Pizza from Wisconsin (USA) invented this know-how. So, how does it work? Pizza is being baked right in minivan while driving to the client. The bus is supplied with a full-fledged bakery with professional equipment, including ovens heated up to 600C. Of course, the mobility puts some restrictions on the assortment – there are baked only 7 standart appellations and only middle size. There are also restrictions on the chose of salads and drinks. There are exit crews which are equipped with mobile connection and internet. A client makes an order with any convenient way and gets his Margarita literally in 15 minutes. Not badly, really?
